Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in through Google, we receive the name and email associated with your Google account.
Profile and usage data: We store your workout history, video progress, streaks, achievements, community posts, messages, and any meal-plan or program data you create or upload.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit-card numbers on our servers. Stripe collects and handles payment details in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Communications: If you contact us, join a waitlist, or book a discovery call through Calendly, we collect the information you provide in those interactions.
Device and log data: We may automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and app usage logs to maintain security and improve performance.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; process payments and subscriptions; communicate with you about your account, programs, and updates; deliver personalized workout and nutrition content; ensure platform security; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services, such as Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (scheduling), and our hosting/backend providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TGM, our users, or others.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.
